Diet and Nutrition- A healthy balanced diet is important at all times and even more so during pregnancy. The foods you eat are the main source of nutrients for your baby. The following are some important points to remember.
- Take your prenatal vitamin daily. Your prenatal vitamin should contain 400mcg of folic acid and DHA.
